DONITA RUSSELL
Donita Russell is a Senior IT Leader Professional at Northwestern University. She has worked in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years problem solving, leading complex projects, and developing strategic plans.
She is hardworking and would not be the compassionate critical thinker she is today without overcoming obstacles.
To say “Donita Russell is multifaceted” is an understatement. Her education and professional background are in business, communications, and Information technology.
Donita is the CEO of Divine Xpectations, LLC, an event and wedding planning company specializing in strategic planning. With over 15 years of experience, she has organized numerous events in the Chicagoland area, groups, and out-of-state events.
Eventually, her creative brain and compassion for helping others led her to mentor others personally and professionally. In 2019 she launched A Divine You, a lifestyle and business mentoring company; to guide individuals in advancing their careers, helping them go from employee to entrepreneur, health, wellness, and so much more.
Donita has hosted countless women’s empowerment events. She has worked with various clients from associations, non-profit organizations, entrepreneurs, family members, and personal friends. She has proven success with exceptional coaching, problem-solving, leadership skills, and real-life experiences in achieving success through proven practices.
